President, Arthi Devineni

Arthi is a fourth-year Business Administration major, concentrating in Operations & Supply Chain. She joined SWIB her freshman year at Georgia Tech. Her favorite aspects of SWIB are the supportive community and the meaningful connections it fosters. Arthi has previous experience in product management, finance, and consulting.


Executive vp, Audrey Paikeday

Audrey is a third-year Business Administration major at Georgia Tech, concentrating in Strategy & Innovation. She joined SWIB during her first semester and previously served as Alumni Relations Project Manager before stepping into her current role as Executive Vice President. Her favorite aspects of SWIB are the hands-on learning opportunities, office tours, and engaging events that connect members with industry professionals and one another. Most recently, Audrey interned as a Customer Engagement & Loyalty Intern at GoTo Foods, where she worked on customer insights and loyalty strategy initiatives. She also interned at Cargonomia in Budapest through Scheller’s Leadership for Social Good Study Abroad Program, focusing on marketing strategy and community engagement. Outside of work and school, Audrey enjoys traveling, attending live sporting events, and exploring new experiences.


INTERNAL VP, Saanvi Kankipati

Saanvi is a third-year Business Administration major with a concentration in IT Management and a minor in Computing and Business through the Denning T&M Program. She joined SWIB in Fall 2024 and served as VP of Marketing and Recruitment during the 2025-2026 school year. Her favorite aspects of SWIB are its supportive community of women and strong career development opportunities, including the 2026 Harvard Business Conference. Saanvi has experience in data, strategy, and product. Outside of school, she enjoys running, reading murder mystery books, and traveling!


FINANCE VP, Shraya Patel

Shraya is a third-year Business Administration major concentrating in Finance with a minor in Computer Science. She has been involved with SWIB since her Fall semester of freshman year. One of Shraya’s favorite parts of being in SWIB has been the countless opportunities to learn from the strong women who offer mentorship and inspire through their experiences. Shraya has experience in public finance, investment banking, IT Project Management and Business Analytics. She has felt the support and community of SWIB every step of the way, and she is excited to help drive SWIB’s mission forward through her role as VP of Finance this year.


MARKETING & Recruitment VP, Lily Gao

Lily is a third-year majoring in Industrial Engineering and pursuing minors in Engineering & Business through the Denning Technology & Management Program as well as Leadership Studies. She joined SWIB during her first semester at Georgia Tech, served as New Member Project Manager during her second year, and is now the Marketing & Recruitment VP. Some of her favorite parts of SWIB include the wonderful educational and social events, from company information sessions to community-building activities like the Women’s Day bouquet-making event. Most of all, she values the friendships and connections she has built through the amazing organization. Lily has previous work experience in strategy, consulting, and manufacturing operations. Outside of school and work, she enjoys baking, arts and crafts, and spending time with friends!


MEMBER management VP, Vedika Singh

Vedika is a third-year Business Administration major, concentrating in Information Technology Management and minoring in FinTech. She joined SWIB in her first year at Georgia Tech and currently serves as VP of Member Engagement. Her favorite aspects of SWIB are the mentoring opportunities and bonding with new members. Vedika has experience in operations, technology consulting, and data analytics. Outside of work and school, she loves cheering on the Yellow Jackets, reading non-fiction books, and walking around new cities!


Operations VP, Karuna Damle

Karuna is a second-year Industrial Engineering major with a concentration in Data Analytics and a minor in the Applications of AI and Machine Learning. She joined SWIB in her first semester at Georgia Tech and currently serves as the VP of Operations. Her favorite aspects of SWIB are the other club members who offer lots of experience and support, along with getting exposure to networking and a variety of jobs through all the amazing events! Karuna has previous experience in financial modeling, CRM strategy, and analytics. Outside of work and school, she loves F1, skiing, going to concerts, and traveling!
