Sponsorship FAQs

Q: What does a sponsorship entail?

A: SWIB offers our sponsors the opportunity to meet approximately 100 Georgia Tech women in a more intimate setting than what campus information sessions can offer. Our events are customized for each company’s preferences. Our weekly meetings mainly focus on programing presented by sponsors that covers career development topics. You may also gain access to our Resume Booklet, filled with the resumes of all our members, depending on how your company wishes to contribute.

Q: What is the major breakdown of SWIB?

A: Currently, about 75% of our members are business majors with a variety of concentrations (Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology Management, Leadership and Organizational Change, Operations & Supply Chain, Strategy and Innovation, and General Management). SWIB accepts members from all majors.

Q: What is the age range of SWIB members?

A: We have an even distribution of freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors in SWIB. Our older members have the opportunity to mentor those new to SWIB
